We loved the convenient parking and friendly multilingual staff. The hotel's proximity to the port was perfect for our ferry trip to Corsica. The clean rooms and good restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet were a great bonus. The hotel is also located on a bus route to the old centre of Genoa, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff was great and responsive. Milvio in the restaurant was charming and engaging. The breakfast buffet had good options, especially the croissants and coffee. The front desk staff was accommodating when I wanted to change rooms. The location was very good, with easy access to buses and a short ride to the city center. the staff and breakfast were highlights.
Could not be improved in any way.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was in a convenient location near the port with all the heavy traffic around. The staff gave excellent service at check-out. The pool area was great for leisurely swimming and relaxing in the sun. The room amenities were plentiful including tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and ironing facilities.
I would highly recommend this hotel for families, especially those with pets.
